Thuya Wood Gifts

Our Thuya wood accessories are handmade from the exotic Thuya tree that is native to the Middle Atlas Mountains. Thuya wood “burls” the knobby outgrowths of the trunk or branches to produce stunning, exotic wood grains that make each piece unique. The products embellish a wonderful cedar-like aroma of Thuya wood that lasts for years. All pieces are hand-crafted by artisans in the coastal town of Essaouira, close to the source of the wood.
